At the Valeo smart-mobility day at the Prague Exhibition Grounds, Radek Landa presented footage from testing FSD in Prague. In the video description (11 October 2026) he writes that, with an older 2021 Tesla on HW3, they drove about 400 km in a single day, with the car reacting to pedestrians, trams, scooters, narrow streets and complex junctions in central Prague.

Why HW3 matters

Many European Teslas from before 2023 carry HW3. Tesla’s plans for these cars differ from AI4 vehicles; see our hardware overview. This is one owner’s report: the description does not name the software version, so we cannot tell which build ran on the car.

Context and disclosure

Landa himself stresses that FSD does not let the driver stop watching the road and that the driver remains responsible. The video also covers Valeo’s parking and braking systems. Landa runs a used-EV dealership and showed two Teslas from its stock at the event; the description contains a Tesla referral link. We reviewed the description only.
